Windows 11, CUDA, and Quadro GPU Compatibility issue

If you recently upgraded your Windows 10 Operating System to Windows 11, and you have a Quadro Graphics Card, then you will most likely run into the infamous BSOD when attempting to run any CUDA applications. BSOD issue does not show up with NVIDIA Geforce GPU’s and Drivers.
Windows 11 Version 21H2 released October 2021, this version has the Win11 and CUDA issue with any NVIDIA Quadro drivers specifically.

NVIDIA claims they fixed this issue in Windows 11 Version 22H2, but that Windows 11 version release is TBD at the time of publishing this article (8/19/22); unless you are a Windows Insider that is able to access Dev builds for Windows.
