  • Mark RMA number outside the box
  • RMA valid for 15 days, authorized part must be received by Exxact within 15 days
  • Package the unit protect it as best as possible. Damaged parts will not be accepted
  • Any foreign stickers/labels on part and original retail boxes will not be accepted
  • All RMA return freight must be prepaid by customer
  • If no problem is found with the system, it may be returned at the customer’s expense
  • Returned requested part & qty on RMA form must match physical part & qty being returned.
  • Otherwise, Exxact reserves the right to reject back at customer's own expense
