- Mark RMA number outside the box
- RMA valid for 15 days, authorized part must be received by Exxact within 15 days
- Package the unit protect it as best as possible. Damaged parts will not be accepted
- Any foreign stickers/labels on part and original retail boxes will not be accepted
- All RMA return freight must be prepaid by customer
- If no problem is found with the system, it may be returned at the customer’s expense
- Returned requested part & qty on RMA form must match physical part & qty being returned.
- Otherwise, Exxact reserves the right to reject back at customer's own expense
