[NVIDIA] DPC watchdog violation error with multiple GPU

Problem

DPC watchdog violation error when using multiple GPU's (NVIDIA) on motherboards with PLX chips. Tyan 8x GPU system unexpected reboot when training more than 2 GPU's w/ Win10. 

Solution

The workaround is a separate utility to set GPU's to MSI (Message-Signaled Interrupts) mode.
