Where to reference to determine when the warranty period begins.

Instructions

Verify ship date using Netsuite to look up the Sales Order.

  1. Log into Netsuite to look up the SO.
  2. In the menu bar located half way down the page look into the Pacejet tab.
  3. Look for the Actual ship date and add to that the number of warranty years identified in the Quote (CPQ). If nothing is listed, then it would be the standard 3 year warranty.
