Problem

Monitor shows no video after system powers on.

Solution

Make sure monitor has power and turned on, then check if video cables are securely plugged in.

The source power button may be different for your monitor.


  1. Make sure your monitor(s) have their power cable plugged in, and powered on.
    Example:
  2. Check if video cable from the monitor is securely plugged in.
    Example: DVI output
  3. Set monitor to the correct video source.
    Example: If you are plugging in the DVI cable from your monitor to your system, make sure your monitor source is set to DVI.

  4. Check if video cable is plugged into the correct port on the back of your system.
    Note: There are a variety of systems we build, please refer the System Info Flier provided to you to find your correct video port. We provide a System Info Flier for most of the systems we ship to our customers. If you do not have one, please e-mail systemsupport@exxactcorp.com, and we will work with you to get your system displaying video.
    Example:

    If this did not fix your issue, you may have a more complex system configuration that requires more specific instructions. Please send an e-mail to systemsupport@exxactcorp.com with your Exxact Serial number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
