  • Recommended to keep original system box and packaging material, in case of any issues that require shipping the system back to Exxact
  • Exxact RMA DoA policy only covers shipment back to Exxact upon the first 30 days of when the system arrives to client
  • Exxact only covers return shipping charge within the 48-contiguous United States, international shipping charges/customs will need to be handled by customer
  • Package the unit protect it as best as possible. Damaged parts will not be accepted and will result in RMA rejection

Shipment Weight:

If you do not have a shipping scale large enough to measure a pallet's weight, then provide us with your box dimensions and pallet material type (i.e. Pallet or Box could be plastic or wood) so we may try to estimate the weight.
