- Exxact RMA DoA policy only covers shipment back to Exxact upon the first 30 days of when the system arrives to client
- Exxact only covers return shipping charge within the 48-contiguous United States, international shipping charges/customs will need to be handled by customer
- Package the unit protect it as best as possible. Damaged parts will not be accepted and will result in RMA rejection
