If a ticket was created for you

If a ticket was created for you, you should have received an e-mail invite from our Support Portal with a link to access it.

Once you have an account configured

Your requests (tickets) can be accessed from the top-right button as shown here:

From here, you can access the ticket that was created for you, and use the 'share' button within the ticket to include others to receive notifications for it.
