Warranty
Customers will need to handle the labor, process, and costs of shipping their RMA-Component to Exxact as per our Systems Parts and Labor Standard Warranty if System is outside of 30-days from initial shipment.
If the system is beyond the thirty (30) day period from shipment, Exxact will not cover shipping for the cost of the defective component or system to Exxact, however Exxact will bear the cost of the return shipment to the customer. |

Safely packaging your component
- Use a box large enough that the component that needs to be shipped back can be oriented horizontally or vertically inside of the box, with ~2 inches between the component and all edges of the box (top+bottom included), NEVER use a box where you are forced to orient the component diagonally. If you are unsure, please send a top-view open-box picture of your shipment to Exxact through your RMA ticket so we may advise.
- Use anti-static bags if you have them, otherwise, please refrain from using packaging that will result in excessive amounts of static (i.e. styrofoam)

UPS and FedEx are the two most commonly used Shipping Websites for personal shipping. You can fill out their page and find a quote and print your own shipping label for your package.
