• MUST be running CentOS (Ubuntu coming soon)
• MUST have NVIDIA graphics drivers installed
• MUST have network connection
• MUST have an Exxact Serial Number ready to input so we can identify your system's hardware configuration

Please run the following commands to install and run our support tool:

wget http://office.exxactcorp.com:8081/support/uploads/exxactSupportTool.tgz

tar -xf exxactSupportTool.tgz

cd ExxactSupportTool

./exxactSupport.sh

If you have not yet created a support ticket on our Support Platform, please create one and be descriptive about the issues you are experiencing with your system(s).
