Packages are expected to be tossed around or mishandled like any other that go through any shipping company's distribution center staff and conveyer belts.
Customers will need to handle the labor, process, and costs of shipping their RMA-Component to Exxact as per our Systems Parts and Labor Standard Warranty if System is outside of 30-days from initial shipment.
If the system is beyond the thirty (30) day period from shipment, Exxact will not cover shipping for the cost of the defective component or system to Exxact, however Exxact will bear the cost of the return shipment to the customer. |

UPS and FedEx are the two most commonly used Shipping Websites for personal shipping. You can fill out their page and find a quote and print your own shipping label for your package.
If you need Exxact to assist with parcel shipping services, request for a shipping label through your Support or RMA ticket. Exxact representatives will need to generate a Shipping Quote that will require payment in advance. Exxact is as much as a customer to shipping/freight services as anyone else. The process to provide you a quote, process payment, and schedule the Freight Shipment and instructions may take a few days.
Exxact uses a separate platform to manage shipments through multiple shipping providers, so there is a markup (sometimes flat-fee) associated if you request for Exxact to help you with your shipping.
If payment is handled, then an Exxact representative will reach out to you to request the following information. To speed this process up, you can just provide this information to the Exxact representative while payment is being processed.
